Maverick Aviation Group Limited Acquires Genaire Ltd.<\/strong><\/p>\n

EDMONTON, AB, May 1, 2026<\/strong> \u2013 Maverick Aviation Group Limited (\u201cMaverick\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Genaire Ltd. (\u201cGenaire\u201d), a Canadian aerospace company with over 70 years of history supporting both military and commercial aviation operators.<\/p>\n

This acquisition marks a significant expansion of Maverick\u2019s capabilities into fuel cell and ground service equipment (\u201cGSE\u201d) repair and sales. In addition, Maverick will assume Genaire\u2019s role as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), producing Twin Otter skis and pallets for the C-130 Hercules\u2014critical components supporting Canada\u2019s aviation infrastructure and defense operations.<\/p>\n

Founded in Ontario, Genaire has built a longstanding reputation as a trusted partner to the Department of National Defence and commercial aviation customers across Canada.<\/p>\n

Genaire will also serve as Maverick\u2019s Eastern Canadian platform for expansion, providing a strategic foothold to grow the Company\u2019s presence beyond Western Canada and enabling enhanced national service coverage for both defense and commercial customers.<\/p>\n
