This conversation included our plans for the Malibu’s panel, and some of Garmin’s newer advanced features and how they can come in handy in real world flying scenarios.

While completing recurrent flight training on the PA-46, Maxcraft’s very own Director of Business Development sat down with “Malibu Guru” Joe Casey to record an episode of his podcast which covers all topics of the Malibu and PA-46.

Joe Casey is a world renowned expert in the world of Piper’s impressive PA-46 lineup, and has become one of the most respected instructors for this advanced airframe, along with several others, such as the TBM and King Air. With more than 17,000 hours of flight time, Joe is a flight instructor, and designated pilot examiner for the FAA.

Joe is also a past director, and flight instructor for the Malibu M-Class Owners and Pilots Association (MMOPA), which is the airframe club for the PA46.
